Cyndi brings nearly 40 years of experience in compliance, accounting, finance, insurance, human resources, operations, and project management support to CRAGSI. Most recently, she led the Legal & Labor Compliance programs across the West Coast for a $25M portfolio.  Recognized for her strong analytical, project management, and research skills—as well as her ability to build trusted relationships—Cyndi brings a data-driven approach to strengthening regulatory compliance and operations management. Cyndy previously worked at high yield and distressed debt asset manager Pacholder Associates, Inc., helping lead human resources functions and oversaw accounting for limited partnerships and family office investment vehicles as well as for the Special Situations Portfolios managed by CRAGSI’s Core Founder David Groshoff. In addition to being a United States Marine Corps Veteran, Cyndi also holds an Associate’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati.
