Louis's expertise helps bridge companies' operations and treasury management, yielding significant profitability improvement and EBITDA growth for revenue-generating companies. He has significant experience negotiating financings and loan agreements, and ensuring clients are using optimal and cost-effective accounting systems and technology platforms.

He specializes in risk and insurance management as well as financial governance for distressed startup turnarounds and middle-market companies. His comprehensive approach to financial management makes him particularly valuable for companies requiring sophisticated accounting and tax strategies during periods of growth, distress, or organizational change.

Louis's experience spans the full spectrum of financial leadership, from early-stage startups requiring foundational financial systems to established companies undergoing complex restructuring or M&A transactions. His dual expertise in accounting and tax strategy enables him to provide integrated solutions that optimize both operational efficiency and tax positioning.

Louis earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington and is a Certified Public Accountant.
