Jarett Abramson is CRAGSI's co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and managing director. Beyond his role on the core leadership team, he is a commercial, technical, and legal strategist who has launched products across six continents, leading regulatory and product teams across the United States, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, India, Europe and Indonesia.

Jarett has extensive experience in deep-tech companies, where he has led patent & IP valuation and licensing strategy, regulatory affairs, product development, operations, negotiations for commercial and R&D agreements, and teams through numerous fundraising rounds with VC and private equity, including drafting all associated funding documents.

He specializes in finding creative ways to monetize otherwise-illiquid intellectual property and has served as General Counsel and Head of IP for a VC-backed startup co-founded by a Nobel Laureate in Chemistry. His expertise spans the intersection of technology commercialization, intellectual property strategy, and corporate development.

Jarett's global experience includes managing complex regulatory environments and product launches across diverse international markets, making him particularly valuable for companies seeking to scale innovative technologies globally while navigating complex IP and regulatory landscapes.

Jarett holds a Juris Doctor and an M.S. in Biological Chemistry, both from the University of Utah, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is authorized to practice in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
